  Nissan GT-R R35 터보차저 고장수리정보입니다.   

 

 

 Nissan GT-R은 2007년에 니산 스카이라인GT-R 의 후속으로 만든 고성능스포츠구페입니다.

카 디자이너 Shirō Nakamura가 일본만화 건담시리즈의 자이언트로봇에서 영감을 얻어 디자인을 한 자동차입니다. 유렵의 미끈한 모양의 유선형이 아니고 박스형으로 디자인을 하였습니다. 일반적으로 공기저항계수에 불리하다는 통념을 깨고 놀라운 공기저향계수(0.27cd)를 달성하게 됩니다.

엔진은  VR38DETT

:  3,800 cc (3.8 L; 231.9 cu in) DOHC V6 

cylinder bore에 Plasma transferred wire arc (PTWA)코딩기술이 적용된 엔진입니다.

PTWA는 초음파 플라즈마로 금속에 얇은 막을 덮는 기술을 말합니다. 장점으로는 금속을 강화시키는 역할을 하기 때문에 피스톤을 무거운 cast iron을 대신 가벼운 알루미늄으로 대체할수 있고 또한 열전도성 매우 우수하다고 합니다. 300만마일 복잡도로주행을 보장한다고 하니 대단한 기술이 아닐수 없습니다. 이 기술을 채용한 차종은 Nissan GT-R외에 Mustang GT500 Shelby 가 있습니다.그래서인지 Nissan GT-R 은 엔진본체의 이슈는 거의 없고 변속기문제가 항상 이슈가 되고 있습니다.

이 엔진은 한사람이 한개의 엔진을 책임지고 조립을 합니다. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

터보차저는 엔진의 좌우의 가운데 부분에 위치해 있습니다.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

연식별로 마력과 토그가 점차로 상승이 되고 있습니다. 

 

 

가끔씩 필요할지 모릅니다. 오류코드를 수동으로 삭제하는 방법입니다.

 ECM Diagnostics/ECM Reset procedure:
1) Sit in the driver's seat.
2) Turn the ignition on (Press the start button twice with foot off brake pedal) and wait three seconds. (Do not start the car.)
3) Fully depress and release the accelerator pedal five times in less than five seconds.
4) Wait exactly seven seconds. Fully depress the accelerator pedal for ten seconds until the MIL (SES) light flashes.
5) Release the accelerator pedal and start counting flashes to obtain the four-digit trouble code.
Long flashes (0.6 seconds) indicate the first digit of the code; count the blinks one through nine and write down the first digit. (Ten blinks indicates a zero.)

The next three digits follow in turn in the same fashion except with faster blinks (0.3 second) and a 1.0-second pause between digits.
The ECM code repeats its self until you turn the ignition OFF (press start button again), at which point the ECM resets itself to standard get-in-and-drive-the-car mode.
You can look up the trouble codes in the ESM/FSM; there's a bunch of them. In the ESM, refer to page EC-639.
Additionally, if you get four blinks of ten (0000), the ECM is indicating no malfunction.
You can clear the code (and the annoying MIL) by holding down the accelerator pedal for more than 10 seconds while in Diagnostic Test Mode II. When you release the pedal, the ECM erases the trouble code(s).

튜닝용키트가 매우 많이 나옵니다. 다만 가격이 후덜덜합니다. 터보차저역시 튜닝용 볼베어링방식이 나오고 있습니다.(내구성도 저도 모릅니다)

VF22 has the largest potential for peak horsepower, and is capable of supporting the highest boost levels. It is capable of running up to 25 psi.

The VF22 is a roller bearing turbo that utilizes the P20 exhaust housing.
Expect to achieve full boost with the proper mods and a quality tune between 3200-3700rpms.

 

IHI VF23
(388cfm at 18psi, 250-325whp, Bolt-On)
This is the standard equipment turbocharger

 Subaru Impreza WRX STi 22b.

VF23 is a ball bearing turbocharger that utilizes the P20 exhaust housing like the VF22.

This housing is mated with the smaller compressor housing of the VF24 for fast response and excellent low and mid-range performance.

 It does not have the same top end power of the VF22, but spools up slightly quicker.
Expect to achieve full boost with the proper mods and a quality tune between 2800-3300rpms.

 

IHI VF24
(425cfm at 18psi, 250-325whp, Bolt-On)
This is the standard equipment turbocharger

 V4 Subaru Impreza WRX STi.

This turbo shares its compressor housing with the VF23, however, this housing is mated with a smaller (P18) exhaust side. The smaller characteristics of this turbo allow it to provide ample bottom end power and quick spool. This turbo is very popular for Imprezas with automatic transmissions and Group-N rally cars.
Expect to achieve full boost with the proper mods and a quality tune between 2800-3300rpms.

 VF29 is nearly identical to the VF24, with the same compressor and exhaust housings. However, the compressor wheel in the VF29 has been changed slightly.

The changes made to the compressor wheel in this model are generally viewed as improvements, and as such, this unit is typically chosen over the VF24. Has a different location for the pressure hose on the wastegate actuator.
Expect to achieve full boost with the proper mods and a quality tune between 2900-3300rpms.

 Subaru Impreza WRX.

The VF35 is similar to the VF34. It utilizes the same compressor housing and the same compressor inducer size. The differences are in the divided thrust-bearing design and the P15 exhaust housing. This allows the VF35 to spool slightly quicker than the VF34 at the cost of less top-end performance.
Expect to achieve full boost with the proper mods and a quality tune between 2800-3300rpms.

(430cfm, 250-325whp, Modification Required)
This is the standard equipment turbocharger

V8-V9 Subaru Impreza WRX STI Spec-C Type RA.

The VF36 is a twin-scroll turbocharger that utilizes a ball bearing design, a P25 exhaust housing, and Titanium compressor wheel for improved spool.

It is essentially a fast spooling VF34.
Expect to achieve full boost with the proper mods and a quality tune between 2800-3300rpms.

 

IHI VF37
(430cfm, 250-325whp, Modification Required)
This is the standard equipment turbocharger

V8-V9 Subaru Impreza WRX STI.

The VF37 is a twin-scroll turbocharger that utilizes a thrust bearing design and a P25 exhaust housing. It is essentially a fast spooling VF30.
Expect to achieve full boost with the proper mods and a quality tune between 2800-3300rpms.

The VF38 is a twin-scroll that utilizes a Titanium turbine and shaft.

This turbocharger yields tremendous spool-up but offers less top-end than the VF36/VF37.

The VF42 is a roller-bearing turbo and is similar in size to the VF22 turbo, but the twin-scroll exhaust housing yields faster spool-up and a superior top-end.

This is the standard equipment turbocharger

MY07 USDM Subaru Impreza WRX STI.

It can be found on both base STI's and STI Limited's. The VF43 utilizes a thrust bearing design and the P18 exhaust housing.

The primary difference between the VF43 and the VF39 used previously on STI's seems to be the stiffness of the wastegate.
